Over the last few blogs, over the last few weeks, I've written too much about digital transformation. The reason - it's the need of the hour! Companies that fail to acclimate and evolve to meet the needs of today's digital customers and marketplace quickly succumb to the wayside. I've said it before and I'll say it again, digital transformation is no longer an alternative, it's a requirement. The problem is that assuming you're going to do a "digital transformation" isn't enough - it's much harder than it sounds. 

The need to accelerate digital transformation is keeping executives up at night. According to the Forbes Insights study, digital transformation is now the number one strategic priority in many organizations. The report found that 50 % of executives see the next few years as critical to driving digital efforts to plan for the future.
